Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (gluten-free)
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 slices green pepper
  • 2 tbsp hummus

Instructions

  1. Spread the hummus on one side

  2. Place the veggies on top, layering the lettuce next to the other bread slice to prevent extra moisture on the bread (if you place the tomato on the bread it will soak it wet)

  3. Cut in half.
