Cold Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 3 mini peppers
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp almonds (chopped)
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp parsley (fresh)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 dash salt
Instructions

Cut the top of the mini peppers and take out the seeds. Chop the leftover top and reserve.

Mix everything together: the almonds, oil, almond butter, chopped peppers...

Fill the mini peppers and take wherever you want.
